I was waiting for the vehicle service not thinking it would take too long and ended up waiting for over 2 hours. The service team was very apologetic and told me it’s not normally like that. I’ll be back, the team was very pleasant.

My 2026 Silverado was towed with 960 miles because I could not place the transmission in reverse and proceed to back properly. The shifting handle would "pop" out of gear into neutral. The dealership had it for several days, with testing, etc.., however, they could not find anything wrong in the transmission. I drove it home & proceeded to back into my driveway and again, the reverse would not hold while I attempted to back. It seems like it is not "locking" into reverse prior to backing. It just "pops" out of reverse gear.

A job that should have been done in one day took three days, and to find out towards the end of the second day that your tech or whoever ordered the wrong part, how do you think my experience was. And after waiting half the 3rd day and getting no call I called you only to find out it was 3 hours earlier. Then it felt like begging to get your company driver to come pick me up and that gentleman was the best part of the whole ordeal, nice guy very friendly.
