We specifically chose to return to Hertrich Chevrolet of Dover to purchase our vehicle because of the outstanding service we received from Bill McPhail, our salesperson, and the straightforward car-buying experience we had when we bought our last vehicle in 2024. Bill is an outstanding salesperson with extensive knowledge of the cars he sells and is very easy to work with. Hertrich is a dealership that does not play games but is straightforward in what they can and cannot do regarding the sale and purchase of a vehicle or your trade-in, and I see them being our dealership of choice for as long as we continue to buy cars.

Kayla, Kayla, Kayla! She is the absolute BEST service manager I have ever experienced. Honest, invested and present in every conversation, knowledgeable and detailed; couldn't ask for more! My husband and I will from now forward bring our C7 and C8's to Hertrich ONLY for all our servicing and parts needs. Maybe even buy another corvette if they get that ZR1 X in stock! We love his and hers corvettes! Darrin is also a wonderful manager and his kindness and authenticity in spreading obviously amongst his team. Mr. and Mrs. Reeves appreciate you all!

I was disappointed in the service. I feel a little slighted. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. At check in I was told that transmission fluid and filter , fuel system treatment was recommended because of mileage 34k. Knowing of the transmission issues and recalls I agreed to the transmission service. While I waited for my service something wasn’t sitting right. I have read the owners manual and was fairly familiar with the manufacturer schedule. I downloaded and confirmed while I waited, that the transmission service for severe driving conditions was 45k. When I ask my service advisor I was told that BG recommended the service for my mileage? Who is BG? My truck says Chevy, I have a Chevy manual, your dealership is a Chevy dealer. Why are you recommending to customers a BG service schedule. That’s like saying Mobile 1 recommends oil changes every 3k miles. Of course they do, they sell more oil that way. I feel as though I was led to believe that Chevy was recommending the service from the advisor when in fact Chevy says another 11k miles for severe driving, which I don’t do. Up until this visit my service their has been good. Now I don’t know if I will be back.
