You did nothing but diagnose an issue I already knew I had. Why kind of dealership doesn���t have the repair parts needed? I had an appointment set up well in advance for the correct parts to be ordered. Then I was told I didn���t have an appointment, however I had an email to confirm I did in fact have an appointment. Didn���t have an issues when it was Diver Chevrolet. They took care of my vehicles.

Service and professionalism are great. I���ve been using this location for servicing my vehicles for several years including with the two previous owners. This was the first time that I had difficulty booking an appointment. First I was called back the day after I made appointment to be advised my booked time frame could not be honored, then on that call I was offered an afternoon appointment the following week which I declined because I was leaving town in the late morning of that day, they agreed to an 8:30 am appointment. In reviewing my email a could days before that date I noticed I had been sent a confirmation email noting the afternoon appointment, I called to confirm and the had in fact booked it in the afternoon. I had to reschedule it out another week. Since this location changed hands from Chevrolet of Dover to Hertrich the price of an oil change and rotation has skyrocketed, from $39 - $49 to a whopping $85, I���m considering other options as this seems quite high and 60 - 90 min wait vs 15 at local lube shops at lower price.
I am having an issue with my 2019 Chevy Equinox.It occasionally has a rough start. Its not the first start of the day, but after i have traveled somewhere and leave it for a little while. It doesn't. want to restart. It left me stranded once. I know this is not a new problem with this model. I smell gas when this happens. The problem could not be duplicated at time of oil change so nothing could be done. I understand this is policy but I do not want to be the owner of a car that has a known issue that will not be fixed. I will be saving money to purchase a FORD because i never had an issue when i owned my Explorer.

Robert was very attentive. The mechanic did a great job in finding the problem which wasn���t what I thought it was. Didn���t get the Service Managers name but was very patient to correct any problem with my Car.
